Create a EUR invoice

• Open the builder and select EUR in the Currency field.
• Enter your agreed prices in euros.
• Add the invoice number, dates, customer details and payment instructions.
• Review the preview and download a PDF or another supported format.

Using EUR clearly

A euro invoice can be written in any supported language. Select the document language for your customer and check the displayed separators in the preview.

The familiar symbol is €; the currency code EUR removes ambiguity when working across borders. Keep the bank or payment instructions consistent with your agreed invoice currency.

Billing currency versus converted total

The Currency field sets the currency of the invoice amounts. Changing that field does not recalculate the prices you typed.

The optional Show in field adds an approximate converted total. Exchange rates are requested from open.er-api.com and cached for up to 24 hours. A displayed estimate is not a bank quote, a guaranteed settlement rate or a payment collection service.

Check the final document

Verify the currency code, unit prices, adjustments and total before sending. Select tax rates and add registration details only when they apply to your transaction. Currency selection alone does not establish tax compliance.

Keep an exported copy for your own records. Saved invoices remain in your current browser, subject to available browser storage.
