When to use Ledger

Customize the template

• Choose Ledger in Design & template, or use the button on this page.
• Add your business and client details, then enter your line items.
• Adjust primary and accent colors, select a font and choose A4 or Letter.
• Review the preview and download the format you need.

Make the document your own

Replace all sample details with your own information. A new invoice opens with blank content fields.

Keep important terms readable. Check contrast after changing colors, and confirm long names and descriptions fit in the final exported document.
